I've lost 18 pounds in two months!

Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog! I have not been sharing much on here, other then the Thursday morning Idea Box parties, but I have some great news to share with you!

For the last few months, I have been looking for work and still no office position  has opened. :(

I was working as a part-time secretary at a church for 12 years. For many years my husband wanted me to find a full-time job to help with expenses. Finally, an opening came up and so I applied for it and got the position. I worked there for one month and HATED IT!
I quit that job and now I have nothing. I am still looking for an office position and not having much luck. It has been very frustrating for me.

Anyway, I decided that while I have the time now, I wanted to start exercising and eating less to loose some weight. It is beginning to pay off!

Can you see a little bit of difference? I have updated and changed my picture on my "About Me" page. I still have a long way to go and will keep you updated on my new adventure!!

Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Great job on the weight loss, but I really want to commend you for not staying at a job that wasn't right for you. We women stay when it's not right for us and we end up sacrificing a little bit of ourselves everyday in a bad situation. So the weight loss? great. But not sacrificing your time, priceless.
